Utensils:
Baking dish (if dinner roll package does not provide one)
To make sauce, combine butter, red wine, mustard, poppy seeds, Dale's Marinade, and Worcestershire Sauce, in small pan over med-low heat. Coat inner top and inner bottom halves of buns with sauce. Add meat and cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 min, or until cheese is melted.
(Tip: cover top of buns with damp paper towel prior to covering with foil to steam buns)
