Crispy Baked Hot Wings
Ingredients
Uncooked wings (Desired Number)
Red Hot’s Hot Sauce
1 stick of Butter
Tony Chachere's Seasoning
Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Supplies
Baking Sheet
Parchment Paper
Directions
Baked Wings
Preheat oven to 350°. Rinse wings if desired. Pat wings dry and place on parchment paper. Ensure wings are not touching. Spray wings with olive oil cooking spray. Season wings with Tony Chachere’s seasoning (season to taste). Put in oven and cook for 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes for ultimate crispiness. Remove wings when done (internal temperature of 165°) and place on paper towel to drain any excess oil. Remove paper towel and place wings in a bowl.
Wing Sauce
Add a half a stick of butter to a saucepan over medium low heat. Once melted, reduce heat to low and add Red Hot’s Hot sauce to taste, beginning with 2-3 tbsp. Pour sauce over wings and toss to coat evenly.
