Cooked Collard Greens

Directions: 

For fresh greens, remove stems (to your preference), then cut and wash greens thoroughly.

In a large pot, add drained greens, chicken stock, white wine, salt, baking soda, & sugar.

Cover, bring to a simmer on Medium-high heat, then reduce heat to Medium-low.

Simmer for 55 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook greens to desired tenderness.
